This was my first buy and, as a novice, it was a bit challenging; however... Daniel was absolutely the best. His selections for me to view were always within my parameters. He walked me through every step of the way, from viewing to buying. He reviewed all documentation necessary to study with me. It made me feel less a novice and much more confident. After the decision to buy, what to do next, other outside help I might need (referrals), until the keys were mine, he was there all along with his knowledge, information and support.
